What does the £50/month cover?
Fair use hosting, security updates, backups, uptime monitoring, and reasonable text changes (e.g. services, prices, contact details). It doesn't include redesigns or new pages — we can quote those separately.
What's not included in the monthly fee?
Large content changes, new pages/sections, new features (e.g. booking systems, e-commerce), rebrands, or design overhauls. If you want bigger changes, we'll price them clearly before we start.
Are there any other ongoing costs?
Domain renewal is billed annually (cost varies by provider and extension). Additional email inboxes are billed monthly.
Can I cancel the monthly plan?
Yes — it's rolling monthly. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
How quickly can you launch?
Typically 1-2 weeks once we have your preferred colours, service list, any messaging and photos you want to use. If you're ready to go, we can move fast.
Do you write the website copy for me?
We'll start you with a proven structure and suggested text content. We can put you in touch with a professional copywriter if required.
Will I show up on Google?
We'll set up the basics properly: site structure, metadata, keywords, indexing, and local SEO fundamentals. Rankings take time, and are ultimately out of our control, but you'll have the right foundation from day one.
What do you need from me to get started?
Business name, contact details, services list, your service area and a logo (if you have one). If you don't have these, we can still start and fill in the gaps as we go.
